To clean and maintain curtains,regularly vacuum or dust them with a shoft bursh attachment to remove surface dirt.For a deeper clean,machine wash light curtainson a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent, then air-dry or tumble dry on low heat.For heavier or delicate curtains, considerhand-washing or dry-cleaning. Always check the care label before washing and avoid harsh chemicals like bleach.Vacuum: Use a vacuum with a soft brush attachment on a low suction setting to remove dust and pet hair from the entire curtain, including folds and pleats.Shake: Give curtains a good shake to dislodge loose dirt and debris before vacuuming.Spot clean: For light stains, use a mild solution of dish soap, rubbing alcohol, and water with a soft cloth to gently wipe the spot.Steam: A steam cleaner can be effective for refreshing curtains without taking them down, with lower heat as high heat can damage certain fabrics.
Motorized system:Motorized components will have a warranty of 5 years.Coverage:We coverdefects in materials and workmanshipupon installation works done. There will be a 1 for 1 exchange on the particualr defected piece with the expected waiting time of 3 to 4 weeks for replacement. These will only covers upon installation is done or within a short period of 3 days.Exclusions:Normalwear and tear, fading, sun damage, accidents, misuse, improper cleaning/maintenance, and alterations are generallynot covered.Fabric:Fabric itself may have no warranty against natural breakdown, fading, or color changes over time. Manufacturing defects in the fabricInstallation: The installation work itself may be warranted 1 week.Custom Products:Custom-made products are non-refundable or exchangeable for incorrect measurements and selection provided by the customer.
